International Department Reopens for Business

　Following the declaration of a state of emergency pursuant to the Act on Special Measures concerning a Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), personnel at all the offices and shops of our group in various regions have operated from home in principle as a precaution against the spread of an infection. As the state of emergency is lifted now, all the offices and shops including International Department reopen for business. We sincerely thank you for your patience with our policy for teleworking during the state of emergency.

[Ongoing Preventive Measures against the Spread of COVID-19]

1.    For the time being, the number of personnel coming back to office shall be controlled as an ongoing preventive measure against the spread of COVID-19.  Please understand beforehand it may take longer than usual to respond to your inquiries.

2.    Our staff are instructed to wear masks meeting customers.

3.    It is greatly appreciated if you also wear a mask in case of visiting our office.
