[LD/about 14.7 quires] It is living dining to be able to spend in family all of you relaxedly. There is a window in 4 directions, and there is an open feeling brightly.

[bathroom] It is warm bathroom which can spend relaxed bathtime. It is provided with bathroom ventilation drying available comfortably.
The entrance
[the entrance] The entrance is provided with shoes box. The entrance which is apt to be in a mess is cleared up clearly. In the space of the shoes box middle section, I give glory to the memory of miscellaneous goods of the Favorite and the family and can enjoy it.
Garden
[garden] You can bring up vegetables or a flower in the garden. As it shows scenery from the window of the LD, a living appeased by green comes true.
Japanese-style room
[Japanese-style room/about 8.5 quires] It becomes the Japanese-style room which set up J newly in March, 2026. There is not a pillar, a beam and becomes the placement しやすお room with furniture. As it becomes the extensive room, it is the room which is available in a use of master bedroom and the Other.

[Western-style room/about 5.8 quires (Southeast side)] The Western-style room where garret storing was established. You can use a cabinet between house Vacant spaciously to a minimum.

[Western-style room/about 5.8 quires (Northwest side)] It is the independent room where I can go in and out of from a corridor. I can spend private time relaxedly.
Terrace
[terrace] Comings and goings are possible from the window for sweeping the dirt out of a room of about 5.8 quires of Western-style rooms. As it is located on the Southwest side, laundry seems to dry well (depends on the weather).
Restroom
[restroom/2nd floor] It is a restroom with a toilet bowl with warm water flush system for washing user available cleanly. As a window is established, ventilation is possible.
Other introspectiveness
[washing machine depot] A window is established in the washing machine depot. Please check the size of the placeable washing machine locally.
The room
[Japanese-style room/about 6.1 quires] The closet which can hold futon is established. As there is the wall shelf, I can put the thing which I do not want to add or the album of the memory away on the hats.
The appearance
[6, Hiyoshihoncho, Kouhoku-ku (Detached House)] It is a location of a 13-minute walk to Yokohama Shiei Subway Green Line "Hiyoshihoncho" station. It is provided with the Parking lot with the carport (it depends on a car model).
The Other field
[front road] It is a good straight line road with possibility. Please confirm exposure to the sun and surrounding environment in the field. I ask it and will be waiting.

[local photograph including front road] It is located in the Category 1 Low-Rise Exclusive Residential District. The outskirts are quiet residential areas. A calm living comes true.
Yokohama City piece forests Elementary School (about 900m)
A 12-minute walk. The elementary school which reached the 50th anniversary of the foundation. It is connected and seems to be brought up for the basic physical training of the child vigorously every day as I go to school on foot well.
Yokohama City Hiyoshidai West junior high school (about 480m)
A 6-minute walk. A commute for a child becoming slow in return time by club activities with a few burdens. I can effectively utilize the time after the return including study and lessons.
