Membership Registration

The following are the terms and conditions for the use of the services provided through My Account (referred to as the “Service") by　Mitsui Fudosan Realty Co., Ltd. (referred to as the “Company"). By registering for My Account, you agree to all the conditions of these terms.

1.Information Provided

The property information available through the Service pertains to real estate managed by the Company. Please note that the Service is provided solely for informational purposes, and the information provided does not constitute an agreement for the purchase or sale of real estate.

2.Discontinuation or Modification of the Service

The Service may be modified, interrupted, terminated, or suspended without prior notice.

3.Discontinuation of the Service for Specific Accounts

If the e-mail address you registered is found to be invalid, or if the owner of the e-mail address was unaware of the registration, your registration may be deleted. Furthermore, if you do not log in to the Service for a certain period as determined by the Company, your account may be deemed inactive and subject to termination or suspension.

4.Self-management of ID and Password

You are responsible for managing your ID and password. IDs and passwords may not be transferred or sold to third parties. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from insufficient management or unauthorized use by third parties.

5.False Registration Information

If the information you provided during registration is found to be false, the Company reserves the right to refuse access to the Service both now and in the future.

6.Storage and Limitation of Messages

The number of electronic messages you can store is limited. If the storage limit is exceeded, some messages may not be processed. The Company is not responsible for the deletion or storage of messages or other information.

7.Communications from the Company

The Company may contact you via e-mail, mail, or phone calls to your specified account to communicate information regarding real estate and other relevant notifications.

8.Prohibited Actions

You are prohibited from engaging in the following actions within or through the Service:

• ・Actions that violate or may violate public order, morals, or laws.
• ・Use of the Service for commercial or profit-making purposes.
• ・Actions that cause inconvenience or disadvantage to other registrants or third parties.
• ・Reproduction, duplication, or distribution of information provided by the Service.

If you violate any of the above items, the Company may implement the necessary measures, including suspension of the Service, without notifying the violator.

9.Linked Websites

Some websites linked through the Service are not managed by the Company, and the Company is not responsible for the content of those linked websites or any changes or updates made to them.

10.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Company assumes no responsibility for any damage, debts, or inconvenience (including lost opportunities, lost profits, consequential damages, etc.) incurred by users as a result of using the Service.

11.Service Termination

If you wish to discontinue the use of the Service, please proceed with the necessary steps from the Service's screen. Depending on the timing of the cancellation procedure, there may be a delay in the termination of information distribution.

The Service is free of charge. However, you are responsible for all costs related to internet access, such as phone charges and provider fees.
