Joint Investment Seminar with Bank of Communications and Mitsui Fudosan Residential

On November 26 (Sat.), a joint investment seminar was held by the Bank of Communications, Mitsui Fudosan Residential, and the International Department of Mitsui Fudosan Realty.
44 parties (47 persons) of Bank of Communication Tokyo Branch’s clients attended the seminar held at MF Residential HQ.
Presentations were conducted on the real estate market trends, how to choose newly-built/second-hand condominiums, and the service menu and loan terms of Bank of Communications. Post-seminar, MF Residential and MF Realty carried out individual consultations for nine parties who had made prior reservations.
Although this was the first joint seminar held by all three entities, we are proud to hear that
many attendees found the information helpful, especially due to the expertise of each presenting
entity on newly-built properties, second-hand properties, and home loans.
