Property Road Show in Hong Kong
Mitsui Fudosan Realty held a two-day event to present investors in Hong Kong with real estate investment opportunities in Japan from Thursday 21st thru Friday 22nd of January.
It was organized in collaboration with a leading property agency based in Hong Kong.
This was the second road show conducted following one in October last year to market en-bloc investment properties for sale in Hong Kong.
We have reconfirmed heightened interest in stable property investment in Japan among Hong Kong investors, since the number of participants counted over 30 in spite of negative effects on the turnout and investment appetite anticipated due to global stock market selloff preceding the event.
We think our strategy to focus on ultra high-net-worth individuals, who are financially on an even keel, proved to be effective, and expect a number of clients to fly over to Japan to inspect properties.
