Hokkaido Real Estate Seminar at Beijing, China
On June 19th in Beijing, International Department of Mitsui Fudosan Realty held Hokkaido Real Estate Seminar in cooperation with Corporate Sales Division of Mitsui Fudosan Realty Sapporo, hosting thirty participants including High-Net-Worth individuals and executives in wealth management business.
The seminar was delivered in two parts. At first, Mr. Zhang, CEO at Premium Hokkaido, spoke about Hokkaido’s market and attraction.
Then, Mr. Suwa, manager at Corporate Sales Division of Mitsui Fudosan Sapporo, explained a typical process of real estate transactions in Japan and introduced some investment properties in Hokkaido.
Through the seminar, many participants showed great interest and some of them stayed over for one-on-one consultations later.
We will definitely keep following up on specific requests by the High-Net-Worth individuals, and build up alliance further with the executives in wealth management business, in order to promote real estate investment and resort project in Hokkaido in the future.
